8/3/09: The Hayate no Gotoku!!(note the extra '!' ) second season OVA has been out for sale. Expect the second season sometime this April. Also for those interested. A Hayate no Gotoku! Character Cover album selected by Kenjiro Hata has also been released. It contains covers of old anime songs, including Itou Shizuka's (Hinagiku Katsura) cover of Cruel Angel's Thesis, the opening theme of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Manga readers who have read the chapter where Hinagiku actually sings the song may want to give that a listen ;D. Hinagiku also has an album released a while back tiled HiNA.
